These Business Listing Terms govern the inclusion of businesses in the HuaHinExpats.Co local directory. By claiming a listing or submitting a business for inclusion, you agree to these terms.
1. Free and Premium Listings
The HuaHinExpats.Co directory offers both free and premium listing tiers:
Free Listings
- Basic business information: name, category, address, phone, website, and a short description
- A single profile image
- Eligible for user reviews
- No guaranteed placement or featuring
Premium Listings
- All free features, plus: enhanced visibility in search results, gallery images (up to 5), highlighted listing badge, and additional business details
Premium Plus Listings
- All premium features, plus: maximum gallery images (up to 8), highest priority in search results, and verified badge
Premium listing fees, availability, and features are subject to change. Contact us for current pricing.
2. No Guarantee of Performance
Inclusion in the HuaHinExpats.Co directory, whether free or premium, does not guarantee:
- Any specific number of views, clicks, enquiries, or leads
- Any business outcomes, sales, or revenue
- Placement in any particular position in search results (except as described in premium tier features, which are relative to other listings)
- That your listing will appear in any external search engine
We make no warranties about the commercial benefit of being listed on this Site.
3. Accuracy Is Your Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your listing information is accurate and up to date. This includes:
- Business name, address, and contact details
- Opening hours
- Services offered and pricing (where shown)
- Images (you must own or have rights to use all images submitted)
Submitting or maintaining false, misleading, or outdated information is a violation of these terms.
4. Our Right to Edit or Remove Listings
We reserve the right to:
- Edit any listing for accuracy, formatting, or to comply with our editorial standards
- Remove any listing at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) listings that: contain misleading information, are for illegal businesses, have ceased trading, receive sustained credible negative feedback, or violate these terms
- Move a listing to a different category if we believe it is miscategorised
- Add listings for businesses not yet claimed, we compile directory data from publicly available sources
Removal of a paid listing will be subject to our refund terms (available on request).
5. Images and Intellectual Property
By submitting images for your listing, you confirm that you own or have the rights to use those images, and you grant Surf Pacific LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display them on HuaHinExpats.Co for the duration of your listing.
6. Reviews
User reviews of your business are governed by our Reviews Policy. We do not remove honest negative reviews. We do remove reviews that violate our policy on request.
7. Prohibited Businesses
We do not list businesses that operate illegally, engage in deceptive practices, or that we determine at our discretion to be unsuitable for our audience.
