The rules that apply when you use HuaHinExpats.Co.

These Terms govern your use of HuaHinExpats.Co (the "Site"), operated by Surf Pacific LLC, a limited liability company registered in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What HuaHinExpats.Co Is

The Site is an information hub and business directory for English-speaking expats in Hua Hin, Thailand. We publish guides, curate listings, and host community content. We are not a booking agent, legal adviser, medical provider, or financial adviser.

2. Directory Listings

  • Listings may be created by us from publicly available information, or added by business owners via the claim process.
  • Business owners who claim a listing are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
  • We may edit, move, or remove listings at our discretion, particularly if content is misleading, unlawful, or violates these Terms.
  • Premium listing tiers are sold as subscriptions. Payment is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

3. Reviews and User Content

  • Reviews must be based on genuine first-hand experience of the business.
  • Do not post content that is defamatory, discriminatory, unlawful, or that you do not have the right to publish.
  • We moderate reviews and may decline to publish or remove them at our discretion.
  • By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on the Site.

4. Accounts

Business owners who claim a listing are issued a "listing_owner" account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Do not share your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are used to abuse the Site or other users.

5. Affiliate Links

Some content contains affiliate links. We only recommend services we believe are useful. See our Affiliate Disclosure for full details.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep content accurate, but we cannot guarantee that everything is error-free or up to date. See our Disclaimer for the full statement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HuaHinExpats.Co, Surf Pacific LLC, and their employees and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, the directory, or any third-party services linked from the Site.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
